Boat Slips/ Docks for Rent - Anchor Pointe Boat-A-Minium in Curtice (Lake Erie), Ohio
Welcome to Anchor Pointe Marina and Anchor Pointe Boat-A-Minium. We are a full-service marina located on Lake Erie in Curtice, OH. Our marina is operated as a “Boat-A-Minium.” Our members own their docks as their own property, much as one would own a condominium. This is a unique arrangement in the area and provides a number of opportunities and options for boaters. We have approximately 500 docks, and docks can be leased from the Marina on a seasonal basis or purchased for permanent ownership.
Further information will have to be obtained through this facility.

My family and I have docked here for over a decade and we like to call it home for the summer. Once you come in the gate you don't have to leave. We have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Including, but not limited to, full service bar/restaraunt, swimming pool, laundry facility, shower house, parts and service department, and a full staff to meet your needs. For what is offered, it is a very affordable marina and the word is getting out. Our docks are filling up and I'm glad to see it. I would recommend it to anyone..you can grill on your deck at your boat..if you like to fish, we are in a hot area for perch and walleye..if you just like to relax and hang out by the pool we'll keep you cool..if you like big bands and great food The Bitter End will welcome you..if you like to travel we are centrally located between Toledo and The Lake Erie Islands. Stop in and check us out.

This is a marina that is barely holding on to its customers because of the unfair rates it charges the smaller boater. Now they are going to start charging extra for electrical hookups base on the bank usage instead of individuals usage. The people with boats under 35 foot will also be subsidizing the bigger boats when it comes to electrical power. Great deal for the bigger boats when you are a live aboard boater.

Many giving docks back because it is cheaper than owning one of their docks under 30'. It is a far better deal for the larger boats

Lots of docks listed for free after five years of normal condo fees. Bigger the boat the better the deal.
