Turner Marina, located on Dog River just off the inlet from Mobile Bay, is a great asset for boaters heading through southern Alabama and the surrounding waters. Easy access and a well marked entrance ensure you will have no problem finding the Marina from the water, and the friendly folks tending the docks will guide you to one of their 150 slips available for dockage. Turner maintains 30 and 50 Volt power receptacles, shower and laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi for tenants, and all of the other services one would expect from a quality marina. On top of the usual amenities, Turner is also a fully functional service center, capable of mending or adjusting rigging, hauling out for bottom cleaning and painting, and just about any other repair or polish your boat may need. Turner also offers car service, so, if you've sailed in and need to make a grocery run, they've got you covered. One thing which sets turner apart from many other recreational marinas, is it's abundance of boat specific hardware available for purchase. There is a veritable hardware store, full of stainless steel screws, clamps, valves, and even line. Live-aboards are welcome, transient slips are extremely affordable, and dry storage is available at low, daily rates. In essence, Turner is a delightful boater's haven, and a crucial stop for vessels traveling within the Mobile Bay area in need of repairs.
