Description
The Alamitos Bay Marina was opened in the late 1950's and early 1960's. There are 1991 slips located throughout the Alamitos Bay area. We are located in the southeastern corner of Los Angeles County at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Second Street.
All of the pump outs are free of charge and open 24 hours per day. Instructions are posted on each machine. We request that any problems be reported to the Marina office, or the Maintenance office at (562) 570-1582.
Contact the marina for a full list of amenities!

This is a great facility in the LA area. Close to the city and it's a massive community. You'll love your stay. I've heard that there are some slips available depending on your boats LOA.

There's not much available if anything here. I know it's a great place to be in Long Beach and really the whole area is sought after but it's unfortunate that it's this difficult to keep your boat docked. It's not anything bad about this marina because I've heard good things. That's why I want in!

Overall I think it's a great marina. Different from what I'm used to because of it's size. You can feel disconnected with the community somehow even though you're surrounding by thousands of boaters. Probably because you don't know everyone on a personal basis as you would at most smaller marinas. The service is great though and the area is wonderful. I'm not currently here but I've recommended to several friends. I hopw you enjoy it as I have!
